If Thongmas isn't right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.
What can be returned
- Unopened calendars in their original, sealed packaging.
- Any order that arrives damaged or isn't as described. These are covered at no cost to you.
Because the calendar contains intimate apparel, opened calendars and worn items can't be returned for hygiene reasons.
How to start a return
- Contact us through our Contact page with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll reply with return instructions and the return address.
- Ship the item back with tracking. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged on arrival
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and packaging, and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
